The Carezza Deluxe combines classic Gaggia design with convenient technology, designed and made in Italy. The thermometer shows you the boiler temperature, the Crema Perfetta filter holder ensures a rich crema, and the stainless steel pannarello allows you to froth milk for cappuccinos.

About this machine
Classic design, with thermometer
The thermometer shows you exactly how hot the water in the boiler is, so you can brew at the right time. The Crema Perfetta filter holder ensures a full crema, and for every espresso, the machine first moistens the coffee briefly.
With the stainless steel pannarello, you froth milk for cappuccino or dispense hot water for tea. The stainless steel cup warmer keeps your cups at the right temperature.

Do I get a warranty on my machine?
Yes. You're buying from the official importer, so your machine is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something is wrong, our own workshop will help you out.
Can you service or repair my machine?
Yes. We carry out maintenance and repairs in our own workshop, and we supply parts ourselves too. Contact us and we'll agree together on how to handle it.
Which coffee beans should I use?
Choose fresh beans with an espresso roast and ideally grind them just before brewing. That gives you the best crema and the fullest flavour. We're happy to advise you on beans that suit your taste.
How often should I descale my machine?
That depends on your water hardness and how often you make coffee. Follow your machine's manual and use a descaler suitable for espresso machines. Not sure? Just ask us.
